Turn In Your Final Manuscript

Over the years we have received thousands of manuscript in good, bad and “what-happened-to-this-one” condition. The following guidelines, suggestions, and information, shaped by our experience, will help your manuscript package reach us in the same condition in which you send it to us; and if the package is corrupt or lost in cyberspace, will ensure that you can replace the lost or corrupt items with a minimum of difficulty.

Before you submit your manuscript package, be certain that you have retained

  1. a hard (laser) copy of the manuscript, including tables, as well as the corresponding computer files, on a hard drive and/or on CD-ROM/DVD; and
  2. a hard (laser) copy of all art, including negatives or duplicate prints of all photographs, as well as, if applicable, the corresponding computer files, on a hard drive and/or on CD-ROM/DVD.

For your convenience, you can now upload your electronic files below. Be sure to utilize the message space to tell us who you are and what you are sending or it may not be accepted. Once uploaded, email your ARM to them him or her know to look for it.

In addition, review one last time the Checklist and Preparing the Manuscript Package to be sure your submission is complete.
